All Lofts have oversized wall space for art or a splash of color. Units also include large, tall Milgard window systems with laminated glass doors and windows, which ventilate the loft with fresh ocean breezes as well as provide courtyard privacy.

All our kitchens are a featured part of the great room with islands on wheels that function as both a work and eating station. We have imported our Arrital Cucine cabinets from Italy and have covered these cabinets with magnificent white slab CaesarStone countertops.
